Medal Chasers

Medals are shipped to participants shortly after registration and payment has been processed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a USPS Tracking Number so you can track your order. We ship all medals via USPS mail. If the total weight of your order is 16 oz or less, they are shipped via First Class mail. If the weight is more than 16 oz, we will ship them via Priority Mail. ALL Sales are final! All medals are carefully inspected and shipped in bubble mailers to protect your purchase during transit. Medal Chasers, LLC is not responsible for damage that occurs in transit. However, if you receive a damaged product please contact us at MedalChasersVRC@gmail.com and we will work to correct the issue. Replacement medals can be resent only if we still have the product available. Occasionally, due to unexpected demand for a specific race or manufacturing delays beyond our control, there may be slight delays with mailing. We will communicate these on each race's registration page and our Facebook page as soon as we are aware of the delay. Due to the cost of international shipping, we charge a fee $12.95 for Canada, and $14.95 for All other countries. ALL shipping fees are waived if your order is over $99. We continue to expand our shipping capabilities as we assess the reliability of the postal services around the world.

Medal Chasers, LLC AGREEMENT AND LIABILITY WAIVER (Agreement and Waiver) PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING AGREEMENT AND WAIVER CAREFULLY, AS IT AFFECTS YOUR FUTURE LEGAL RIGHTS. BY PROCEEDING WITH REGISTERING FOR THE EVENT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU HAVE CAREFULLY READ THE AGREEMENT AND WAIVER AND AGREE TO THE TERMS SET FORTH BELOW. In consideration of you accepting entry in a Medal Chasers event, I, the participant, intending to be legally bound and hereby waive or release any and all right and claims for damages or injuries that I may have against Medal Chasers, LLC, Its members, volunteers, sponsors, their representatives and employees and all of their agents assisting with the event for any and all injuries to me or my personal property. This includes town owned property I may run/walk on either with a group or on my own. This release includes all injuries and/or damages suffered by me before, during or after the event. I recognize, intend and understand that this release is binding on my heirs, executors, administrators, or assignees. I certify as a material condition to my being permitted to enter this race that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained for the completion of this event and that my physical condition has been verified by a licensed Medical Doctor. I understand that Medal Chasers, LLC, Its members, volunteers, sponsors, their representatives and employees and all of their agents assisting with the event, including town parks for which I run or walk in do not take any responsibility for any loss or injury during a virtual or group event.
